Job Description

Daily Activities

• Identify talented students having aptitude for music / singing and form minimum two school choirs.
• Teach / coach students in the learning of music instruments as part of extra-curricular activity.
• Be custodian of audio visual-aids / cassettes etc.

Activities Performed at Irregular/ Periodic Intervals

• Prepare students for singing national songs.
• Play / produce play back music for various skits / plays during Annual Parents’ Day.
• Organize / prepare children, in coordination with class teachers for the morning assembly programme and other functions.
• Assist In-charge Dramatic club in production of plays / skits.
• Perform any other duty assigned by the Principal.
• Music teacher will help teachers with related syllabi with the help of rhymes / songs integrating it with class activity of Playgroup, Nursery and Kindergarten.
