Job Description:

Age: 55 Years

Minimum Qualification:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Principal at a reputed private or public educational institution(s)
• Minimum 12 years’ total experience of teaching & administrative posts in educational institutions/organizations
• Experience of national stream and cambridge, both, will be preferred.

• Intellectual role model; expert at public schooling & pedagogy
• Thorough understanding of personality development & grooming of students
• Ability to develop effective strategies to improve educational performance of students
• Sound knowledge of teaching strategies for guidance, grooming & training of teachers
• Good administrative acumen to discharge important functions, including man-management, procurement, health, security, sports, counselling, financial matters & correspondence
• Strong grip on practices & modalities of educational system in Pakistan

  • Full record of past professional achievements, both in educational & other areas. (Attested copies of Experience Certificates from the previous employer/s are required).
  • A one-page write-up in the applicant’s own hand expressing her views about the best schooling practices.
