Admission Procedure

Registration

Registering a child means that the child will be tested, but it does not guarantee admission. Admission depends on the candidate securing at least 50% marks in each subject, but due to limited seats the students securing the highest marks will be granted admission and there is no retest for any level. Registration against vacant slots is done in the school/college. Registration Form is given to the parents, along with general syllabus outline. Challan Form for registration (non refundable) fee, i.e Rs. 2900/- is to be deposited in the specified bank. Parents have to fill the Registration Form and return to concerned school / college with a copy of birth certificate, two passport-size photographs and copy of Paid Challan Form. The registration slip is to be brought along on the test day for verification.

Subjects for Test

Playgroup, Nursery and KG

Oral / written test will be conducted in DHA Kindergarten as per testing criteria for each level. Admission will be granted strictly on merit.

Grade I – IV

Students will be tested in English, Urdu and Mathematics (each test carries 25 marks).

Grade V

Students will be tested in English, Urdu, Mathematics and Science (each test carries 25 marks).

Grade 6, 7, 8, PC, 9 & C1

Students will be tested in English, Urdu, Mathematics and Science (each test carries 50 marks).

Grade 10 & C3

Students will be tested according to the Board / Cambridge pattern, including compulsory and optional subjects.

Intermediate Classes.

For admission in FA / FSc / ICS / ICom following percentage is required in Matric:

  • 65% marks in Matriculation for FSc
  • 55% marks in Matriculation for admission to ICS
  • 50% marks in Matriculation for admission to ICom
  • 40% marks in Matriculation for admission to Humanities Group
Students with O’ Level / Equivalent Examinations

Applicants whose send up results indicate that they are likely to obtain 4 As or more can apply for FSc, while those with 2 As or more can apply for FA. They will be given provisional admission unless they provide the equivalence certificate furnished by IBBC.

Applicants with O’ Level / Equivalent Examination must clear a minimum of eight subjects, including Urdu, English, Pakistan Studies, Mathematics and Islamiyat / Scripture / Ethics.

Display of Merit List

Merit list is displayed in the concerned institution within two working days from the day of test.

Submission of Dues

Approved candidates have to submit the Fee Bill within (3) three days of the issue.
