  • Date for admission is announced in January
  • Parents visit school for information meet the principal and purchase prospectus.
  • Registration form is filled.
  • Registration challan is issued.
  • Date for test is given.
  • Test is conducted on scheduled date.
  • Results are announced in the same week.
  • Syllabus / Book List and Fee Challan are issued along with the admission number.
  • Students submit a copy of the paid fee challan to the office


Test is held in school on Mondays during the admission period 9:00 am onwards. Results are announced within a week after the Admission test .Applicants for Classes VI-VIII and above are required to sit in a written test in four subjects: English, Urdu, Mathematics and Science.

  • To qualify for admission the overall pass percentage will be 50% while for class IX,X and O’level it needs to be 60%. It’s mandatory for all candidates to pass in English.  Duration of each paper is normally 30 minutes.
  • An Applicant should come properly prepared with the required stationery.


  • A candidate caught cheating during the admission test will not be eligible for admission.
  • Admission tests / interview will be conducted as per according the given schedule by the Education Branch.
  • The decision of the school regarding admission cannot be challenged in any way and shall be final.


The class for which a child will be tested is determined by the child’s age as on 31st March for the academic session starting in March / April. The chart below will help determined the class of the child:

Documents to be submitted by Parents

Admission is not confirmed unless the following documents are produced:

  1. Original Birth Certificate
  2. Two passport size photographs (for the school identity card and personal file.)
  3. Report Card and School Leaving Certificate from the previous school (if any).
  4. Copy of receipt for payment of Admission Fee Bill and Allied Charges.

Admission formalities should be completed no later than the date given by the school. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of the admission and the vacancy being offered the next candidate on the merit list.  Similarly, once the admission fee bill has been received by the parents / guardian, payment must be made the date specified on the bill
